“Tinatawag kaming terorista. She (Badoy) cannot deny that. In her comment she said ‘They are not activists, They are terrorists.’ Kung ganun lang mag-aakusa sa elected official at humihingi sila ng budget dito, we cannot allow that,” bulalas ni Makabayan Bloc member at Bayan Muna Rep. Carlos Zarate.

“We may differ on our positions and many issues… but this unelected factotum should respect that. I take offense that she is using her position, using government funds, to attack our person and encourage the trolls to attack… even our family,” aniya pa.

New People’s Army (NPA), at National Democratic Front (NDF).

Pinangalanan ni Badoy si Zarate at sina Bayan Muna Reps. Ferdinand Gaite at Eufemia Cullamat, Kabataan Rep. Sarah Elago, Gabriela Rep. Arlene Brosas, at ACT-Teachers Rep. France Castro.

“If Usec. Badoy will continue to use her position and taxpayers’ money to criminalize dissent, she might as well leave her post,” wika ni Brosas.

“Her baseless accusations against activists and legal organizations are dangerous, especially in this political climate where activists who are voicing out the demands of the crisis-hit Filipinos were being red-tagged, illegally arrested, and even killed,” aniya pa.

Tumanggi namang mag-resign si Badoy at sinabing “I will defend and protect the Filipino people till my last breath.”
